Cara eu acho que você desativo o Glow na pasta zombieplague.cfg


zp_nem_glow 0 // Glow effect [0 - Desativar Glow | 1- Ativar Glow]


procura lá na pasta zombieplague.cfg na pasta addons\amxmodx\configs deve estar assim como o exemplo a cima
